How to Use Vegan Kefir

Recommended use is 21 days. 1 g per day. Extend usage to 3 months with 1 g per day. Dilute the kefir in a small amount of water (up to 45°C) and drink it every morning on an empty stomach. You can also add it to your meals to turn them into fermented food.

Recipe Idea: Coconut Yogurt

Ingredients:

  • 175 g fresh coconut meat
  • 2 cups coconut water
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 grams Super Fermented Vegan Kefir

Procedure:

  1. Open the coconut and reserve the water. Scoop out the coconut meat with a spoon and wash it.
  2. Blend the coconut meat with the coconut water and lemon juice until you get a yogurt-like consistency.
  3. Pour the yogurt into a bowl, add the ferment, and stir well.
  4. Cover with a cloth and let it sit for at least 12 hours in a dark, dry place.
  5. Store in the refrigerator.
