Upon receiving such a request or query from You, we may ask You to fill out the necessary forms and provide a notarized copy of Your identification document needed to verify Your identity and avoid the disclosure of Personal Data.
5.3. After receiving Your request or query regarding the processing of Personal Data, we commit to responding no later than 1 month from the date of the request and taking the actions specified in the request or informing You why we refuse to do so. If necessary, the specified period may be extended by 2 more months, considering the complexity and number of requests. In such a case, we will inform You about such an extension within 1 month from the date of receiving the request.
5.4. If Personal Data is deleted at Your request, we will retain only copies of information necessary to protect our and others’ legitimate interests, comply with obligations of state institutions, resolve disputes, detect disruptions, or comply with any agreements You have made with us.
