Recipe
Anti-Fatigue Shake
- 1 small tablespoon of Orgánica Superfoods Umeboshi Paste with Shiso
- 1 cup of mineral water
- 1 tablespoon of Orgánica Superfoods Kudzu
- 2-3 drops of Shoyu or Tamari
Combine the water and umeboshi paste in a saucepan and bring to a boil. In a separate small amount of cold water, dissolve the kuzu and then add it to the boiling mixture, along with the shoyu or tamari. Stir until the mixture becomes transparent and thickens. Serve hot and enjoy!
