Recipe Idea: Chocolate and Cardamon Squares
- 125 g Orgánica Superfoods cacao butter
- 125 g Orgánica Superfoods cacao paste
- 100 g dehydrated buckwheat (soaked)
- 75 g Orgánica Superfoods cacao powder
- 75 g Orgánica Superfoods coconut sugar
- 4 cardamom seeds
- 1 pinch of sea salt
Melt the cacao butter and cacao paste in a bowl over a bain-marie. While stirring slowly, add the sifted cacao powder and the pinch of salt. Blend the coconut sugar in a blender and add it to the cacao mixture along with the cardamom.
Stir and then add the buckwheat. Place the buckwheat in molds and pour the cacao mixture over it without filling completely. Let it set at around 18-20ºC until solid.
