How to prepare Ceremonial Matcha

The preparation and consumption of Ceremonial Matcha are steeped in centuries-old traditions, particularly in Japanese tea ceremonies. These ceremonies are not just about drinking tea but are a meditative practice that fosters mindfulness and appreciation of the present moment.
