Recipe Idea: Ginger Cookies
Ingredients
- 110 g mix of oat flour, rice flour, and cornstarch (or a gluten-free mix if you prefer)
- 1/2 tbsp cardamom and nutmeg
- 1 tbsp Orgánica Superfoods cinnamon
- 1 tbsp Orgánica Superfoods ginger
- 1/2 tbsp Orgánica Superfoods agave syrup
- 2 tbsp plant-based milk
- 40 g coconut oil
Instructions
- Beat the coconut oil (at room temperature) with the sugar until well combined.
- Add the two tablespoons of plant-based milk, all spices, and syrup. Beat until integrated.
- Add the flour and mix by hand, kneading until a smooth dough forms.
- Roll out the dough on parchment paper and cut with a cookie cutter. The dough should not stick to your hands.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for 12 minutes.
- Let cool completely and enjoy!
