Recipe
Vegan Ricotta Cheese
- 250 g of firm bio tofu, drained
- 1 tbsp of lemon juice
- 1 tbsp of nutritional yeast from Bio Orgánica Superfoods
- 1 tbsp of sea salt
Break the tofu into pieces and add it to a food processor. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until well combined. Store in a glass airtight container for up to 5 days.
