Recipe Idea: Coconut, Cacao, and Mesquite Bites (20 pieces)
- 30 g Orgánica Superfoods cacao butter
- 50 g coconut flour
- 10 dates (pitted)
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla powder
- 1 teaspoon Orgánica Superfoods cacao powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Orgánica Superfoods mesquite powder
- Blend all the ingredients (reserving half of the cacao and mesquite) until a moldable consistency is achieved.
- Shape the mixture into a rectangle about 1 cm high and cut into squares.
- Mix the remaining cacao and mesquite powders and coat the squares evenly.
