How to use coconut sugar

WARNING: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose: 15 – 20 g. Keep out of reach of children. Use in moderation: sugar is still sugar. It’s not as sweet as white sugar, so avoid the tendency to add more, which could lead to overconsumption.

- 1 cup rice flour
- ½ cup coconut milk powder
- 2 tablespoons Orgánica Superfoods activated psyllium
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons coconut sugar
- Jam or crushed fruit
Let the psyllium activate with water for about 30 minutes. Mix the dry ingredients, then add the melted coconut oil and psyllium, resulting in a fluffy dough. Shape the dough and create indentations to fill with the jam of your choice. Bake in a preheated oven for 25 minutes.
